Receiving your goods
Once goods have been delivered to you, we recommend that you immediately inspect to ensure that you are completely satisfied, including that the goods are an acceptable quality, match the description we have provided to you, and have not been damaged in transit.
Goods damaged in transit
Please contact us as soon as possible if any goods arrive damaged. We may provide you with an equivalent replacement, a credit, or refund the price to you.
We may arrange to have damaged goods shipped back to us at our cost. Please return such goods in the condition received by you, including with all original packaging and other accessories.
Returns and repairs
If there is a fault with your purchase, please contact us here, and provide your order reference number in the subject line.
Faulty items must be notified to us within a reasonable period of time, having regard to the type of product and other relevant factors. We may repair or replace a faulty item. We reserve the right to provide a refund for a faulty item at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are discretionary and will only be given to you in accordance with this policy.
We may provide a refund to you where your goods are damaged in transit, or your item is faulty.
Before making a purchase, please ensure that you have carefully read the description of each item and reviewed your cart. Refunds are not normally provided where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
